All the warranties are subjected to brand and manufacturer's policies available to customers prior to purchase of a product. If the applicable manufacturer allows for warranty claims, Shira cart will provide the service of particular product purchased using the services in accordance with the applicable brand and manufacturer Policy
Returns are acceptable only if wrong delivery is occurred.
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process to deliver the correct order
Delivery of the Goods ordered shall be made within 7-8 business days and the Seller shall not be liable for the unexpected delay in full or partial due to circumstances beyond its control. Shiracart.com shall contact the Buyer to inform the expected delay in delivery of the Product and the new estimated delivery time.The Buyer is required to contact Customer Support if further information is required quoting the Order number contained in your Order Confirmation Email;
Buyer should provide with complete and accurate Delivery address along with the name of its recipient. Shiracart.com shall not be liable for delivery of your Order to the wrong address or to the wrong person as a result of supplying incomplete or inaccurate information;
Shiracart.com shall not guarantee delivery of items on the same day and they may be dispatched separately if an Order contains number of items for delivery to the same address. Efforts will be made to dispatch all the items on time. All parcels delivered will require a signature on Delivery. If for any reason the Goods Ordered is not available at the time of placing the Order, it will be notified to Buyers email. No Contract of sale will be concluded in respect of Goods that are not available
